I want to rent my property. How does it happen in real life?

Getting ready

After your enquiry we visit the property to meet the owners and set up the rental details. Based on this information a detailed individual agreement is signed out. Afterwards we start proceeding to get the property ready for photo/video sessions and rentals

Property marketing

When the property is ready we start a photo/video content creation, copyrighting and set up an individual marketing plan. Our own and outside online and offline platforms are used to advertise the property in the best suitable way

Rentals running

We aim to provide a one-stop hassle free rentals management service, taking care of clients/owners enquiries, approvals and contacts, bookings management, rentals, fees and security deposits collection and clearing, cleaning, laundry, check-ins/outs, standing by, emergencies and guests entertainment, but any third part service option is welcome as well

Reports & funds clearing

We manage all the clients contacts but any booking enquiry is subject for an owner's approval. Every confirmed booking is immediately reported to the owner. A monthly property report and financial statement is provided. All funds collected are cleared as stipulated in the management agreement

Pricing

Our pricing policies are absolutely transparent and no hidden cost

Every booking is charged a 5% commission paid by the property owner. The commission amount is deducted from the rent collected and reported in  monthly statements

We charge every booking a 15% service fee paid by the renters to keep this project running

We collect a cleaning, check in/check out, stand by fee paid by the client. The exact amount of this fee is based on the factual service cost, set up/approved by the owner and is clearly stipulated in the management agreement

The laundry costs are paid by the owner directly to the laundry based on the invoices delivered monthly. Otherwise they are paid by the agency, deducted from the rents collected. A monthly statement including the laundry invoices is delivered. We charge a €25 laundry driving fee each turnover.

We do restock the soft goods if stipulated in the management agreement. The cost of those goods is deducted from the rent collected, reported in the monthly statement including the tickets and invoices. We charge a €25 restock fee.

We provide the photo/video content creation service free of charge. In case the owner express a desire to use this content outside our marketing platforms a €250 licensing fee is charged
