A very comfortable sandy beach close to the rocks of the Esterel massif, which, on the one hand, perfectly protects the beach from the wind, on the other, is incredibly picturesque. The sun hides behind the rocks quite early. Around 4 p.m. the beach is already shadowed. The beach offers a stunning view to the Lerins islands, Cannes, Mandelieu and Théoule itself.
All the transport arteries are slightly off, so here it’s always pretty quiet. There’s no volleyball courts neither similar, relatively noisy entertainments.
You can pass to a nearby, less accessible pebbly beach in the rocks – Plage de la Pointe d’Aiguille by the inconspicuous path, starting immediately near the restaurant “Plage l’Aiguille”. If you are bit tired of just lying on the beach, stroll along this easy trail is a great opportunity to change the picture.
You can park either at a small municipal parking lot at the very beginning of chemin du Débarcadère. Parking is paid in the summer months from 9.00 to 18.00 1.60 / hour. Keep in mind there’s no chance to find a place to park here after 8.30 a.m.
A free parking option is at the sidelines of avenue de Lérins or a large municipal parking in the village.
You will need a walk about 300-500 meters to get to the beach.
